Knob Creek (whiskey taste #1)

I had almost finished the bottle when I thought it would make a neat picture. What do you think? (I used a Canon 5D w/ a 50mm lens, a towel, a flash and a CFL @6500k--not bad, huh?)

Tasting Notes: Knob Creek has a very strong bite to it, extremely tasty and reminiscent of the prohibition era (or so says they're website). Strong notes of vanilla and coco with a long spicy finish.
