explosion of branches

I never want to be that person who over-uses b&w photos...but on certain occasions the subject demands to be stripped of its hue. Case in point, my neighbor's tree pictured above. There is so much complexity to the contrast of light and shadow in this picture, and explosion of branches. Canon 5D, 16mm @ f/18.
